Our Goals As a partner in an exciting, multi-year interfaith initiative to promote health and combat poverty around the world, MAZON developed the GATEway Project, committed to engaging the American Jewish community as partners in the struggle for global justice. The GATEway project’s principal goals include: - Producing educational materials on global health, poverty and hunger issues, and using these materials to raise consciousness among synagogues and Jewish organizations throughout the United States
- Engaging Jewish organizations to become active in MAZON’s global social justice work
- Conducting training sessions and educational workshops for Jewish leaders around the country
